Middle Fork of the Salmon River Rafting Trips provide memories for a lifetime .
Idaho River Adventures offers a 4-day, 5-day, or 6-day, 105-mile river trip for everyone, from Spring whitewater to later family friendly low-water summer launches. Snowmelt-fed and free-flowing, the Middle Fork is one of the first eight rivers protected under the Wild and Scenic River Act (1968). Since then, the Middle Fork has remained unchanged by humans.
TIME SLOWS DOWN. STRESS FLOATS AWAY IN THE CURRENT AND DEADLINES DON'T EXIST.
From the put-in at Boundary Creek to the take-out point just below the confluence with the Main Salmon River, we descend almost 3,000 feet. Along the way we stop to explore historic sites, soak in natural hot springs, fish and take in the beauty that surrounds us. A large cargo boat will be sent ahead each day, setting up tents and arranging camp in preparation for our arrival. Between camps, we will stop to explore points of interest and to enjoy a delectable, freshly made riverside lunch. Once we arrive at our evening’s campsite, guides will help you get situated as they start preparing the evening’s meal.
We can tailor all the details of a Middle Fork trip to your group. We will handle every detail. All your group needs to do is sit back and soak in the wonders of the river.
