White Water Rafting Idaho
An Idaho river rafting adventure to remember
White water rafting Idaho is at the top of the list for both beginner river enthusiasts and seasoned river travelers alike—individuals or families— due to Idaho having more miles of whitewater than any other state. Idaho’s Salmon River is known as one of the premier wilderness rivers in the world. The Salmon River has it all: Spectacular scenery in one of the deepest river gorges in North America, crystal clear water, blue-ribbon trout fishing for native Westslope cutthroat trout, riverside natural hot springs, abundant wildlife viewing, and historic sites to explore.
Whether it is a private chartered trip or one of our specialty Music & Raft or Wine & Raft trips, our Idaho raft company provides a variety of Middle Fork Salmon River or Lower Salmon River rafting trips. A Salmon River rafting trip with Idaho River Adventures is guaranteed to be a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
Reviews from our guests
Planning and putting together a trip for a family of 6 is difficult at best and many times too daunting to overcome. When I first contacted Dustin it was very obvious his love for the rivers of Idaho and the Middle Fork in particular, and his devotion to providing a first class experience in the land he loves. Our kids can not stop talking about the trip and it is becoming clear we have 4 future raft guides on our hands.

Dustin and his team of guides made our week on the Middle Fork of the Salmon amazing! Every detail was taken care of, and the guides were knowledgable, funny, and willing to do anything necessary to make sure our family of two parents and four somewhat rowdy teenage boys had a great time! The river was fun, the food was excellent, music and wine in the evenings made for a truly memorable trip. Highly recommend!
