When you embark on an Idaho river rafting trip with us we will do everything we can to make sure you get to enjoy the greatest river in the world. We want to make this experience great, and that starts with providing great river trip reservation information. A $500 per seat deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 90 days prior to the launch date. The full price of the trip is due at booking, unless otherwise indicated. A $4 per person per day “Recreational Enhancement Fee” is NOT included in the price. All other taxes and fees are included.
PERMITS & LICENSES
Idaho River Adventures operates under a Special Use Permit issued by the United States forest Service, Salmon-Challis National Forest and a Special Use Permit issued by the Bureau of Land Management, Coeur d’Alene District-Cottonwood Field Office. Idaho River Adventures is licensed by the Idaho Outfitter and Guides Licensing Board and is an equal opportunity service provider and employer.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Idaho River Adventures strongly recommends the purchase a travelers insurance policy to protect your investment in this trip. The typical cost for this policy is in the $80 per person range. Idaho River Adventures is unable to issue a refund once your deposit is made as that space is no longer available. We turn people away wishing to book the space. Idaho River Adventures will be happy to substitute a replacement of your choosing for the seat as long as that person qualifies for the trip. When moving your reservation date there will be a $225/seat reschedule fee and when moving to the following year there will be a $500/seat reschedule fee.
