When you embark on an Idaho river rafting trip with us we will do everything we can to make sure you get to enjoy the greatest river in the world. We want to make this experience great, and that starts with providing great river trip reservation information. Please review the river trip reservation information below to learn more about river permits, licenses, cancellations, and our refund policy.

Reservation Information

A $500 per seat deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due March 1 in the same year as the trip. The full price of the trip is due at booking when booking after March 1. A $4 per person per day “Recreational Enhancement Fee” and a $50 general fee are NOT included in the price. All other taxes and fees are included.

Idaho River Adventures will charge a 3% credit card processing fee if paying the final balance by credit card. No fees added when paying the deposit with a credit card. Check, wire transfer or money order is preferred and DOES NOT include the 3% processing fee.

PERMITS & LICENSES

Idaho River Adventures operates under a Special Use Permit issued by the United States forest Service, Salmon-Challis National Forest and a Special Use Permit issued by the Bureau of Land Management, Coeur d’Alene District-Cottonwood Field Office. Idaho River Adventures is licensed by the Idaho Outfitter and Guides Licensing Board and is an equal opportunity service provider and employer.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Idaho River Adventures strongly recommends the purchase a travelers insurance policy to protect your investment in this trip. The typical cost for this policy is in the $225-$300 per person range. https://www.travelexinsurance.com/ Idaho River Adventures is unable to issue a refund once your deposit is made as that space is no longer available. We turn people away wishing to book the space. Idaho River Adventures will be happy to substitute a replacement of your choosing for the seat as long as that person qualifies for the trip. When moving your reservation date there will be a $225/seat reschedule fee when moving in the same year, and when moving to the following year there will be a $500/seat reschedule fee.
